Having spent 10 years working in technology recruitment, working for boutique technology recruitment agencies through to some of the largest in the UK, cutting his teeth as a resourcer before moving through the ranks into management.

Andrew set upon the task of starting beaumont IT to provide something that the recruitment industry was missing – personality, relationships and integrity.

Andrew spends his spare time with his two young daughters, whilst trying to find the time to ride bicycles up and down mountains.
