Why technology recruitment

The IT and tech industry is one of, if not, the fastest growing industry in the UK at the moment, there is a huge shortage of staff across a multitude of areas. If you already work in technology recruitment then you will be well aware of this, but if you work within another sector that’s not showing the same level of growth then why wouldn’t you consider making the move to technology recruitment?

After an extremely successful first year we are looking for additional IT recruiters to join our team based on The Waterfront in Dudley (near the Merry Hill Centre) where there are a number of trendy bars and restaurants – it’s kind of like Birmingham but without the traffic, without thousands of people and with free parking… You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative companies in the UK, from household names to start ups, our current client list would be enviable to the biggest IT recruitment companies out there; let alone a business in it’s first year of trading! That’s where you come in, an opportunity to leverage further business from these brands and carve yourself a niche.

Like any recruitment company we give you all the tools to do the job, an innovative CRM (that takes the admin out of building / developing a market), LinkedIn recruiter, access to all the major job boards – which you should expect that as a minimum anyway!

We have a range of verticals available, many of which would have jobs from day one; you would however need to be open to developing relationships and building business, and if you aren’t 100% comfortable with business development you can sit with a team of passionate recruiters who have built relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry who will teach, nurture and help take you to the next level!

We offer an extremely competitive commission structure up to 25%, early finish Fridays, flexi-time, achievers lunch club and a variety of other incentives to keep the morale high and the office fun!
