Field Support Engineer Warrington

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly motivated and self-sufficient team who are responsible for the installation, maintenance and support of numerous network infrastructures across the North West.

Your Role:

• Using your experience in network/server adminsitration, installation and support to provide reliable services to a variety of clients.
• Your field / consultancy experience will enable you to build new and maintain existing relationships with an extensive client list spanning across the North West.
• Working with the Technical Manager to maintain clients’ IT infrastructure whilst performing regular checks and audits.
• Acting as a point of escalation for Junior Service Desk Engineers.

Your Profile:

• Ideally Microsoft accredited, (MCSA/MCSE)
• You will have experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows XP to 10 and Office365.
• Exposure to Windows Servers, (2003, 2007 & 2007) small business server (2003, 2008 & 2011)
• Working experience of Microsoft exchange (2003, 2007 & 2010)
• Experience in virtualisation software, (VMWare, Hyper-V or Citrix)
• Ideally you will have had exposure to VPN technologies.
