Ops Analyst (3rd line support) Birmingham

Beaumont are looking for a 3rd Line Support technician to implement, manage and maintain all technological functions and services for a huge events company based in Birmingham. You will gain exposure to both support and project related work providing excellent standards to high end clients.

The role;

• Taking a procative approach, you will maintain all systems and infrastructure such as; core delivery platforms, networking and communications.
• You will be responsible for the management of 3rd parties in relation to incidents and support this to ensure that the quality of service being delivered is consistent.
• Ensure Security policies are adhered to and vulnerabilities are managed appropriately.
• You will be responsible for the up-keep of all applications and technologies, ensuring that they are maintained and patched to a high standard.

Your experience;

• Significant experience supporting Microsoft Infrastructures
• Knowledge of Virtualisation (VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of virtual storage.
• Working experience of Microsoft Servers (2008 – 2019)
• A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to an ever changing environment.
